A lot of ifs here, but if I came to Envoy to fly the 175, I would wait for for upgrade on the 175. If the tried to force me to upgrade on the 145 they could either give me 6 figures or I could give them a resignation.
By that time another airline will be hiring street captains again, maybe Endeavor on the 900.

I’m not sure, but does the 30% rule apply to those who were forced (displaced) into the Captain seat? Ie, if displaced, you can still bid other equipment, since displacement doesn’t incur a seat lock?

You're correct in that there's no seat lock, but all CAs are subject to the 30% rule.

For OT. The 4 hour minimum is for critical coverage only right? What is the minimum for regular OT pick up, if there even is a minimum? Also if I were to pick up a Little Rock overnight for OT during critical coverage would that be 4 hours per day?
