Your CV would look awesome to any HR at a legacy with multiple resignations in a short time period.

So they aren’t going to like that you didn’t want to be forced to upgrade before you were ready???

Correct. The ones that were forced didn’t like yet. And the company couldn’t care less.

I’m not sure, but does the 30% rule apply to those who were forced (displaced) into the Captain seat? Ie, if displaced, you can still bid other equipment, since displacement doesn’t incur a seat lock?

I’m fairly sure displaced only effects seat lock and small things like moving pay.

You're correct in that there's no seat lock, but all CAs are subject to the 30% rule.

For OT. The 4 hour minimum is for critical coverage only right? What is the minimum for regular OT pick up, if there even is a minimum? Also if I were to pick up a Little Rock overnight for OT during critical coverage would that be 4 hours per day?
