Glad to see the tip of the spear is being pushed. Curious to see how long it will take others to follow suit. Leaving planes and pax at the gate costs a lot more then bumping pay.

In addition to the above make sure you update your hours to reflect that you actually have the required experience using the RF 100 EXP form on decs
