Should be. Only 12 base transfers (DFL to OFL) in the last bid award out of 80 total vacancies! I was actually expecting the entire class to be given OFL status.

121 experience bonus?

Has anyone heard any more about the extra bonus for 1000 plus hour121 guys? Supposedly was a limited number available on a trial basis.

When they announced it, I was in class.. They told us it was a trial for 20 candidates, starting after the 9/25 class.

I am not sure where they stand on the available slots..

Why? The cadets should get to go first. They already have an employee number and have spent time working on behalf of the company. I think that it’s a good reward for their loyalty. The prior 121 getting priority is to try and entice them to come over to Envoy. Don’t be jealous because soon your f/o will have more time and experience than you plus be able to see your douche bag ways as soon as you sit down. 😂
