We don’t want 300%...
That means they are avoiding just increasing the regular pay rates. Enough is enough with Envoy and these bonus’ and other crap they can get rid of at the drop of a hat. The airline industry is making more money now than they ever have in history. Believe me, they have the money to pay us Endeavor rates or better. Along with a lot of other benifits. We need to be shooting for the stars. No concessions.

Increased OT rates is a bandaid that can be ripped off any minute.

Do you realize that Envoy is hiring more pilots than it knows what to do with? Envoy Captains are STAYING for the flow. They aren't leaving for any LCC and few are actively seeking jobs at the major five. We have a short term problem of too many FOs and not enough CAs. This issue will right itself in time and Envoy can continue to grow if it wants to.
The second biggest "mistake" (hind site being 20/20) the union did this past few years was to leave the Flex pay Loa and NH bonus structure open ended for the company to close at its discretion. Until NHs can look past year two and realize what they are giving up by coming here then CA pay rates will remain.

Rumors arrive on a weekly basis here on APC. So many of these “word on the street xxx xxxx xxxxx” these days.
So many people fishing & thirsty for some news. Company very tight lipped, I say we wait patiently. Wasting brain-power, anxious feelings on hearsay that changes weekly is not healthy. Until signed in black ink, until ready for press release by the union, hearsay/speculations are dud.

Exactly. The company has shown the value of that time as 300%. Its like little caesars trying to charge $10 for a pizza. Sorry you’ve proven the value of that product is $5.
