Thanks for the answers. On another note, I am not finding anything in the contract about how days off have to be scheduled.
I had a 7-day conflict with the last day of June, and the first six days of July, with days off starting on July 7.
Instead of putting my single day off on the 6th to resolve the conflict and have it touch other days off, scheduling put it right in the middle of the six-day duty period.
Now, I have a single day off right in the middle of those first six days of June. This wouldn't be so bad if I lived in base, but I commute, which makes it totally suck.
I called CS to see if they would move it, which would make more sense for all involved, but they wouldn't.
Isn't there something in the contract that requires at least two days off in a row? If not, that's a huge oversight on the part of whoever wrote the scheduling section.

There is also a schoolhouse rumor about transfers to PSA halted indefinitely and the training dept staying open past EOY. We shall see what actually happens given last minute planning higher...

If you look at the flow plan list you will see a disproportionate number of CRJ CAs will be flowing in the next 6 months. This vacancy could just be to replace those.

Is that from the same source in the schoolhouse telling new hire street CA’s they will hold a line within 3 months?

Then there was the whole "get everyone a recurrent a year prior to the CRJ going away and retrain the instructors into different type now" rumor
Time will tell. But for now it is looking like there might be some movement happening on CRJ, which is great

Looking for help regarding the ALPA interactive seniority list. In a nutshell:
Anybody been able to crack the ALPA “interactive seniority list” that is far from interactive for the rest of us feeble minded pilots who are suppose to be the future of this gauntlet?
