I’d email your LEC about it to verify. It’s kind of a screwed up system. I’m a 12/16 hire and just got my first one.

It seems not everyone gets the full $45k. There’s a number of variables that go into it.

We all know it going to end. Once we get 40-45 FOs hitting 950 each month then the need for DEC will be minimal. 6-8 months and that may start happening.
