You would be able to bid.

These days the new hires about 60 percent do.

RE: MIDT

If I MIDT from MIA to NYC - do I still get A12s and commuter hotel for 3 months?

Fair point...I should have read it prior to asking, however referencing RE: all pilots, recently trained ...I was under the impression that bidding to NCE would still trigger A12s and hotels. The language reads to the contrary, anyone have first hand experience?

A12s are a myth now, no longer work regardless of whether you are +/- 3 mos.

Only pilots getting NCE/NFE out of training get unlimited commuter hotels.

A12’s work there’s just an IT issue preventing you from importing them into your travel planner.

You have to goto the ticket counter or an agent with ID to check in.

So if you finish training as MCE and the next month you transfer to NCE still inside the three month window - are you covered under the LOA? Good question I'd email the union. Let us know what they say. If you want an email address to PM me.

Yes I diverted the topic and stated (respectfully) that I thought it would be best to stay away from such topics. Reason I wanted to pass this on is simply for those who will fly with him after me. I don't care what the guys opinion about politics and religion are next to me. I'll respect anyone's opinion as long as they stand behind it. However, the moment you call me a "crazy extremist" because of my political view and view on our 2A right (not to mention openly make fun of my religion), you have lost my respect and have shown me you're a coward. I wouldn't want to fly with a guy like that and I figure most others here wouldn't want to either. Rather not leave it for the next guy. SUSFU
Have you tried not being a snowflake? Maybe you are an extremist, maybe not but you sound ***** that rails against the “demographic changes” to our country. Stop being so sensitive. Don’t worry you’ll fly with plenty of guys at Envot that you can swap moan labe stickers, trans jokes, and irrational fear of Muslims with for 4 days. I fly with guys all the time where we disagree on a lot, we have a great time. If you can’t talk through it without getting irrationally angry then you probably need to tone down your antics, the world is not your bubble.

Isn't steering the conversation away from the topic a good way to keep the peace though?
