So my question for all you golfing pilots is this. Golf balls have dimples because it makes them fly better. Does that pricinple hold true with airplanes? Could our hail damaged 140s fly better with rippled skin. Maybe a new mod that could produce some fuel savings? Asking for a friend....

I think asking if a dimpled skin 140 could fly is like asking if the airplane on the treadmill will takeoff..

The answer is no, it won’t take off, right? and I don’t care what myth busters has to say about this, they didn’t do the experiment right.

Does anyone know if you no show a deadhead on a junior man day, do you still get paid for it?

As long as it’s included in your HI1 credit for that day, yes. JM pay is also 4.0hrs or actual flown, whichever is greater. So keep that in mind too.

Make sure and check that you DO get paid. There is an open grievance for someone that did not.
