No, not based at ORD. And yes, I've heard the myth of this so called "drop" but never seen one in my time.

So when the LOA expires does envoy stop flowing 29 per month, no CA pay right away, and no standing vacancies? I would guess they would renegotiate before then. If the hard 29 goes away and we go back to the old language of 50% then they will meter it to 25 again. Looks like all the union did was allow the company to get CAs to staff this summer and next summer without any insight as to what happens when the LOA expires.
