Where should the pilot Group point it’s finger? Is it AAG whereby the company gets a pass? Is it the company (ENY) whereby AAG gets a pass?
Or are they synonymous, so maybe we should just point fingers AAG since the top dogs at ENY could never do such a thing and it would be in their favor if we were mad at daddy vs the babysitter. AAG should not be causing PTSD and then telling our pilots not to have PTSD when we flow over. It’s Psychotic & dark! The abused never forget the abuser.
Take care of the people who take care of your customers. By doing so everyone can focus beyond safety and self-care toward absolute Customer Care. Win-Win! Not pilots facing divorces and personal family issues (due to company uncertainties-Mgmt decisions, AAG Planning). WO should have the best flying and QOL, not outsourced entities, .ie SKYWEST. Actions are louder than words AAG.

More so referring to the type of flying and Credit awarded. Congrats signed, agreements btw AAG & SKW.
Moral has a lot to do with how your company views you, how much or little they “Value” you. Make want to re-prioritize where I want to be, long-term.
Shareholders will always be cautious of airline stocks (mainline). Shareholder sentiments change quickly (short term) towards airlines, it should not drive how AAG handles labor at Mainline & WO. Oil prices have a limit ($80/barrel) that opec wants to see. Ticket prices will rise and trend higher anyways. Profits will still be in the billions YoY.

So alienate the new guys? Everybody get's screwed sometimes but most of us have the good sense not to take it out on others who bear no responsibility. You should grow up and read some history about what makes unions strong. Hint: it's not ignoring over half the pilot group (55% hired since 2016) because the industry has been better overall than when you got a job. I bet you're a hoot out on the road.

They've succeeded in instilling a temporary view in the pilots of their time with the company aka just suck it up until you can leave. Hell if guys just stopped picking up overtime it would put them in a bind (look a Spirit) but our group would never do that... too many dudes looking out for #1.

So short sighted.....short term pain for a long term gain.
What do you think would happen if no one picked up OT for 1 to 2 months? Maybe real pay raises, QOL improvements?
This is why our union has no leverage....we the pilots don't give them anything of value to take to the company.

Also last time I checked, this is a regional and just a stepping stone, so the faster one gets out of here the better for all. Flow should be the number one priority followed by the rest.
