So alienate the new guys? Everybody get's screwed sometimes but most of us have the good sense not to take it out on others who bear no responsibility. You should grow up and read some history about what makes unions strong. Hint: it's not ignoring over half the pilot group (55% hired since 2016) because the industry has been better overall than when you got a job. I bet you're a hoot out on the road.
Also last time I checked, this is a regional and just a stepping stone, so the faster one gets out of here the better for all. Flow should be the number one priority followed by the rest.

Well you ass ume that since I’m new to the forum then I must be new to the company. So how many times are you going to get screwed before you change your current situation? No one is forcing to be here brah. You are sending the wrong message captain, over half of the pilot group is made up off new guys. And btw dude, i hope tomorrow you have a better day. god bless xoxo

This is because they know that the pilot group is impotent. Name me one thing that the entire group would do to get them thinking of making changes?
They've succeeded in instilling a temporary view in the pilots of their time with the company aka just suck it up until you can leave. Hell if guys just stopped picking up overtime it would put them in a bind (look a Spirit) but our group would never do that... too many dudes looking out for #1.

Envoy would drag ALPA to court if we stopped picking up OT as it would be a violation of the status quo. Look at what happened to Spirit not too long ago. Granted their case was much more intricate, but they quickly got their pee pee’s slapped in court.

There was a ruling but no appeal. Any competent attorney could have had that reversed. Spirit shopped it to a friendly judge but their reasoning that not picking up optional overtime was a strike action is seriously flawed. ALPA dropped the ball on that one and let the company control the messaging. They suck at that and have for a long time.

That you chose a career with high enough initial costs to make you a wage slave for the first portion of it isn’t anyone’s fault but yours. The world needs ditch diggers too Danny.
