You are clueless. Has nothing to do with money. It’s about QOL. These inefficient trips are the problem. They are so low credit, that almost everyone is down to 12 days off. Combine that with commuting and most people are hardly ever home.

You are probably young and single and you haven’t even hit the line yet. You have no idea. You are just happy to be sitting in a shiny jet. The rest of us not so much.

Improve our QOL or shut it down. We have options now. Times have changed.

Shut it down! Shut it down! Let’s make some signs and go to Atlanta.

It’s you claiming that we will be shut down if we keep up with our simply communicating our current reality. I personally think it is a bluff and United can’t afford to do that.

By the way, nobody in ATL is calling the shots. Chicago is in charge. Not even sure why the HQ is in ATL other than the fact that our horrible boss lives there.

I don't think anyone said that things are so bad that no one should go to XJT. They just want people to have all the available information before making their decision. You have a problem with that because your agenda isn't what's best for the pilots at XJT or prospective new hires, your agenda is what's best for you. Most people that have read what you post on here can clearly see that. Good to know the MEC is getting under your skin though buddy!

There’s a well staffed 175 operator eager for additional flying. And you know they smell the blood in the water.

Don't try and use facts with Mr. Know it all...

It took the imminent folding of ASA to get the ASA and XJT seniority lists to merge at last. Why would the XJT and C5 lists merge any quicker?

I could be wrong but I don’t think United would want to use a more expensive labor group with that operator. Whatever happens with Compass, unfortunate as that is and would never wish it on any Pilot group, will be the deciding factor on a few scenarios mentioned on this forum.

And you keep thinking I’m alone in my thoughts. The Union says we should stand united. What I’m doing is saying that yes, you are getting under my skin. I know for certain I’m not alone and as new hires begin to represent a larger percentage of the pilot group the sentiment will grow. Let’s call it a grass roots effort to demand more professionalism. Say what you want. I’m just pointing out a clear divide.
