Last CRJ to ERJ transition class started June 3rd and is mostly FOs. They should be done with IOE by late July barring any delays.

Are they all transitioning to the 175? Or a mix of 175 and 145?

That last class is all 145. There may well be a 175 class starting that day as well, but it would include transitioning pilots from the 145 to 175.

Yes, the most junior CA is a 10/15 hire date. Most likely will head off in August for upgrade class.

It would sure be nice to see upgrade classes of 25 to 30 once a month.

For that to happen we will need to continue to improve our hiring.

Folks who have been here 8 years are just passing the 60% line in system seniority. NHs can artificially push that line upward, but real movement will not happen until we can get the top third moving on out.

20+ yrs = 16%
15+ = 36%
10+ = 56%
