What? Not enjoying Mesa? You won’t see a DEC at Xjet for years or ever.

Wrong flyboy. He’s not Mesa. Asked the same question on the Mesa forum.

It's a great airline man kinda sucks that I have to be worried and explore my options.

You’re at a regional helping to flip the bill for the mainline’s high pay and bonuses. You should know that our “brethren” at the legacy’s will always rape us in order to help continue that. Not to mention, working at a regional is basically working for a staffing agency.

Point being, you should “always” be exploring your options.

18 days of work per month

~13 hours block for a four day trip. Block about 60 hours in a month.

I feel like somehow the scheduling could be more efficient to put us all on less work days, but fly more.

How about 24 hours block per four day? Block 72 hours a month. Work 12 days.

What gives?
