I wasn't suggesting a $5 pay raise and 13 min days off in exchange for PBS, I was ridiculing it but believe that's something the union would try to present to us as a "win".

We shouldn't exchange our current bidding thing for anything. Believe me it would benefit the company to change it, not the pilot group.

How about another $200 a month now for insurance ? The company could have picked up the difference. Instead now I effectively have a 5% pay decrease.

Never attribute to malice what you can attribute to incompetence.

United got us cheap, so what do you expect?

We don't mean much to them.

Max your 401k match at least. That's free money.

Uh yeah. Regional pilots are under-employed airline pilots. What do they expect?
