You do know that the pilots voted in a concession pay cut in 08 and never got it back. That '04 contract was changed with lower rates in '08 because the XJT pilots did vote in a pay cut.

I just passed the 1 year mark and will absolutely be voting no on concessions.

If the pilots don't get to share in the profits, then why should they share in the losses?

We are employees, not investors.

No. I will tell you that the ILS and the airport itself played a major role in this accident.

Because they’d rather pay you the least amount possible as they know you’re replaceable.
