380 downgrades, 20 Captain slots and 230 slots in Newark, 100 IAH captain, 420 IAH FO slots. Yeah I’d say this is a big deal. For those that aren’t here or furloughed.

Total line flying positions 160 CA 955 FO effective July 1st.

If this flying level continues through October there will be hundreds of furloughs if we haven’t gone out of business by then.

I’m curious on the legality of these downgrades since this would be a direct reduction in hour rates for anyone downgraded, which the cares act does not allow.

The company has already gotten away with furloughing 112 pilots. They've found their loopholes and they are exploiting them
