What you fail to either admit, or understand, is that the company is absolutely unwilling to extend your Bfund and your LTD to the ASA side. As long as that proposal is still on the table, there will be no TA. Doesn't matter who you send into the negotiating room. Given that, what would you propose the two MECs do to bring this to a conclusion?
Why do you think there will be no company left to fight over?
It`s not to just the lasa but also other unionized groups at lasa and lxjt. Also SkywA pilots have a me too clause on a few items.Originally Posted by JoeMerchant
If it was just the ASA side, this would already be completed. Most of the people on both sides are new and were put in after the failed TA. The ASA leadership is following the wishes of the ASA pilots. I can only assume that your MEC is following the wishes of the LXJT pilots.
