What you fail to either admit, or understand, is that the company is absolutely unwilling to extend your Bfund and your LTD to the ASA side. As long as that proposal is still on the table, there will be no TA. Doesn't matter who you send into the negotiating room. Given that, what would you propose the two MECs do to bring this to a conclusion?

Why do you think there will be no company left to fight over?

It`s not to just the lasa but also other unionized groups at lasa and lxjt. Also SkywA pilots have a me too clause on a few items.

Absolutely correct. I was trying to keep things simple for some of these guys. When you extend both the Bfund and the LTD to all 20,000+ Inc. employees, the numbers become very large. I don't think people understand how large the numbers can get with these outliers.

I've said it twice now, the LXJT side knows that LTD is changing. They've said it in LEC meetings and explained why. I didn't ask about the direct contribution, but this argument that we are falling on our sword for LTD just isn't true.

Everyone needs to let the powers that be handle this. Everyone prefers the devil they know, but we really come together as a group after the vote. Throwing grenades at eachother here is only making it worse.

And that would be another no vote. Not giving a dime back, already did that and see what it got me. Nothing! Don't really care about you LASA guys and your perceived utopia with your PBS system. It's my belief that all on here have no idea what were have no talking about especially, that Capt Tony! Fricken smoke blower among other things. Sunday Morning quarterbacks wanna be's.

There is no way I could vote yes to cancelling abusable LTD or OJI benefits fast enough. None.
