Immediately. If you want the CRJ7/9 it will take you a long time to get off reserve though. I think its at 3 years.

Last 5 new hire classes have all gotten ATL if the wanted a few went to DFW but they requested it.

No there is not a training contract just low pay the first year like all the other regionals

Are any other reserve FO's not flying? I have 2.3 hours of actual flying for the month. since May I've only flown 203 hours. I've tried call me first doing different reserve times.

Any body know the average time to get off if reserve on the 200 ATl based

I just saw this on another thread. Thought I would post it and see what everyone else thinks. ( I am not an attorney and there are loopholes but looks like a new CPA was agreed upon by United and Skywest Inc on ExpressJet flying for United.
