Can someone please let me know how long reserve time is on ERJ? Would Newark be junior base as a new hire and how long could've someone expect to be on reserve as a new hire?

Thanks for the heads up.

Reserve is indefinite on the ERJ side. Newark is the most junior base currently and a new hire will have no problem holding it right out of training (junior FOs are getting displaced into EWR). Most likely you will never get out of reserve...

ERJ or CRJ? On the ERJ side DFW is fairly senior (subject to change).

How long do you guys think one might be able to hold DFW or IAH out of training? I know it's hard to predict but with you guys out there in the company or on the line what are your thoughts?

Why would you go to a shrinking company when Mesa will put you in IAH or DFW out of training, with little to no reserve time, and is still growing.

a buddy of mine said you could probably hold dfw fairly quickly out of training, iah however might take a little longer. Don't let reserve scare you guys tell it is great if you are able to drive to base.
