Think positive... it's a step in the right direction, unfortunately looks like some ATL people won't have employment. Maybe combining with SkyWest will save XJet money and position the company for growth!

"Right Choice over Mesa." -Hilarious
You'll get IAH 175 or DFW CR9 right out of training....
Also after 6 months at Mesa you'll be bidding above top 50% on the FO side in base.
Heck our most junior DFW CRJ CA is currently a Feb 2014 hire. And we're continuing to upgrade 30 a month indefinitey with only 1100 so on the senority list. Street CAs are only months away.
You guys at ASA/XJT are really detached from what is going on.
EJETs finish coming in the summer then the new CR9 start coming in the fall.

I heard XJET lost over 100 pilots last month. Is it true?

They need to focus on the PILOTS we are the only way they make money. While we are now breaking even with inc, its only a matter of time before we start to make money that should be enough to get more flying, more planes, and new hire incentives so we can then grow. Enough about this irop incentive babble....

Is everyone who was so worried about the attrition data happy now that it is out for the month of March? Has your life all of a sudden changed as a result? Does the publishing of attrition data mean that your bank account will suddenly have an extra $120K in it?
Exactly...it doesn't change anything.
Why people are so obsessed with that data baffles me. I've said it before and I'll say it again: FOs hired after 7/2007, you have little to almost zero chance of ever upgrading. We lose 25+ per month and yet everyone goes backwards or stays the same in bidding. Become a part of these attrition stats, not just a casual viewer of them!!
