I hate being so negative, but enough already! People pine for that attrition info as if it has the secret key to an interview at a major listed in it somewhere. It's a simple truth, we're losing guys left and right and somehow ZERO upgrades are happening, and did I mention that summer is coming and they've missed the window for a postion notice that would have new CAs on the line by June 1. Looks like another Summer where you move down 5-10 spots because of the IPs being flexed back into every seat, especially CRJ FO ATL.

That latest attrition info is bogus. They didn't include all of the turnover and at the end try to spin it like it's as good for the company as it is for the pilots, reinforcing the facade that this is a regional with a good work environment. The seemingly intentional lack of detail in the new data looks like yet another instance of the company's lack of forthrightness toward the pilot group. And they wonder why we're so sceptical of everything they do.

yeah theres zero mention of how many we hire.....guess how much that is 7 (seven) for the month of february....upgrades are 8+ years and we are parking airplanes.....unless you are looking for decent reserve rules then i haven't the slightest idea why someone would want to come here oh yeah let me refer you for 1000 bucks....7500 if you go to tsa, and then come here...but we look down upon people leaving our airline for tsa who is getting airplanes....TRAIN HAS LEFT for getting more/new flying....but at least we have a 3 tier IROP recovery and "awesome people" ads keep popping up on the homepage

The train has left and yet the company's plan is to wait until the competition fails. Brilliant plan.

The company is getting about 50% of the amount of new hires they originally wanted. 20 a month out of 40.

Idk what they're trying to accomplish by under exaggerating the attrition data. They're not including alot of people going to majors because of the new MOU thing but I think alot more are leaving to regionals and corporate, etc.

Forget about where people are going...I'm still trying to decode the ten million colors they are using in the bar graph that represents which airline(s) our pilots have gone to. It's worse than standing at Lowe's or Home Depot trying to figure out what shade of green you should paint your bathroom!

Blue is Delta. Light blue is United. The Tiffany blue is UPS. Periwinkle is FlyDubai. Prussian Blue is Frontier. Cyan is Virgin. The Bleu de France is Spirit. It's really not that difficult.

LOL. Actually United is "Carolina Blue" UPS is "Tiffany Box blue" but a "circa 1985 Tiffany Box blue" (get it right) and Virgin is more of a "Vanderbilt rose pink" than a cyan...
