I hope I am reading this wrong, but it looks like 10 CRJ200 FO's in ATL quit between when bidding opened and today. 7 were pretty new.

Source: There were 265 on the list when bidding opened. when you click on the reserve bid in Flica it shows 255.

That seems to go with current attrition numbers.

Yeah, I just didn't expect to see it from one seat of one airframe in one base over a 6 day period....even though it is the biggest base.

I personally know one of those FOs, one of my classmates, that left to Delta 2 days ago. The attrition is continuing full steam ahead and I don't see the numbers replacing those we have lost.

Glad to see FO's getting hired at Delta. If we had to wait for PIC time, we would all be in for a very long regional career.

Default Will there be anyone at XJT in 12 months?

I start CRJ class Monday... With 100-150 pilots leaving each month and only one other person interviewing with me this week, I'm thinking hiring isn't going to keep up. Am I right?

Any tips for school? I hear training is generally pretty good.

Thx!

CRJ training guys are great. Just go in with a good attitude, and be willing to learn and you will sail through it.
