I guess the only good thing for me is I had a few more guys get dumped below me as well. R04 never again.

Supposed to be a few CRJ classes run in January. Hope something good is actually coming down the line.

Reserve staffing approaching 30% in January? Just because they can.

Don't call in sick during that 6 day straight reserve trip. File FMLA? Denied. Your 19.b hearing is Monday at 0800.

Displacements on Christmas Day, two months earlier than promised.

Upgrade hovering around 8 years with the company. 14+ year Captains on reserve. Do the math.

And Management can't understand why they can't keep our FOs from leaving, or get people to come work here.

"The beatings will continue until morale improves". Nice job guys.

Anyone need the number for TransStates Recruiting?

What happened to us getting a dozen 900's from Endeavor...? Is there nothing but shrinkage ahead?

At this point there is nothing they can do to change it without opening their wallets.

I hate to complain, but Captain Tony is correct, this place is the dump. Since I have been here (ten years) it has been cut cut cuts. I am spent. Company sucks and ALPA isn't worth a crap here. Not sure what the hell we are waiting on with this contract either. Likes that craps going to be earthshattering. I forgot why I even voted no on the last one. Anyway you guys have a nice day.

Five classes are planned in January per the homepage; 2 ERJ and 3 CRJ.

Well as a Express jet captain I feel that the company is hanging in there. There are some aspects of the company that needs major changing such as getting our flights out on time and the lack of motivation in ground handling. Our management could use some fixing up but I honestly can't complain about that aspect of our company. Back to baggage handling I feel that our handlers just don't have a lot of motivation on the tarmac. Seems to take forever to load a ERJ-145 when our passenger count is light. This is just my belief of our company it will range from pilot to pilot
