All good points. 100+ hours? How are you pulling that one off? Next month for me is 4 days every week with like 82 hours. Bid to fly with check airman? What did we have on the last class? 7 or something?

Don't forget they use both seats for OE. Upgrades, newhires and other stuff.

That's true. Still not much of that going on though. Well it looks like it's picking up

6 upgrades per month....How ever will the training department keep up? All this good news too on the homepage about people having 20 and 30 year anniversaries. What a great place to work!

Oh and don't forget the Scoreboard Rewards and the free cookies they give us when we get our $80 bonuses. Sounds to me like Aceydays are back. Guess I'll have to change my career goals. Why leave and earn millions when you can stay here, get paid beans and "get the respect we deserve"!

I'm just sayin. You'd be pleasantly surprised how often they remove trips.

It never seems to amaze me, that no matter what, we seem to ***** about EVERYTHING.

"Great, we have to wait for tablets."
"Great, they are the surface, a pos compared to the ipad"
"Only 6 updates per month at a minimum, it should be 350 per month"

This is a start, and it's something to help movement. Would you rather have displacements than upgrades? I'd love to see 20-30 upgrades a month as well, but I'll take something over nothing or moving backwards towards furlough.

PSA hiring street captains now, i expect more FOs to bail and upgrades will decline again.

The biggest problem with upgrades is the FO attrition. When 25 FO's leave per month, they have to hire to cover the FO's. If you upgrade 20 to Captain, and 20 FO's leave you have to find 40 new hires to replace them. Can't get that many people. The alternative is to downsize.

Or maybe a new TA where captains can sit as FO's, but limited to a certain percentage (maybe reserve only?) and then upgrades can continue, and we will eventually see higher pay? Just thinking outside the box here.
