My understanding is that some are the QX frames that came offline as well as some from SKYW.

If XJT can top what the WO's are currently offering, I'm sure their application count will dramatically increase. They will have to be near 70k a year for fo's. Right now money talks. I'm listening lol

It'll be interesting if any non wholly owned can compete. I just don't see it happening.
