Not sure what you're on about here, but you don't have to set the brake after MCD closure to block out on the 200 at 9E...

That, sir, is not true. On EV birds, you must drop brake after the MCD and the GSD are closed to block out. If brake is off before MCD closure, like we do with 9E birds, there will be no block out.

I'm unsure of our -200's, as I'm a 7/9 driver, but on the 7/9 if the brake is released prior to the MCD closing, the time that the door closes will be sent out.
