So 101 ERJ-135/145/145XRs gone by the end of 2017. What will the relationship between United Express and ExpressJet be at the end of the year? CRJ-200/700s? Will the CPP still be alive?

I feel like Mesa is gonna get all of our routes? Or TransStates? Or CommutAir? Who's gonna get LCH, LFT, AEX, MLU, SHV, MOB, BHM, and all the other little airports?? Just keep pushing those planes on time and don't cancel any flights. That will show UA how great XJT is and it will be rewarded with 1.50 pay raises and more flying in the future. The mainline partners are noticing. |

At this point what's attrition each month? Will it outpace the 100 aircraft leaving this year?

There are 40 something planes leaving this year. It's supposed to stabilize at 101. It appears the company doesn't publish attrition data anymore but there are probably at least 25 or 30 leaving a month, maybe more.

Fairly junior captain here, and my seniority has been climbing at a rate of about 15-20 or so a month. So, it appears as if people on the top are leaving. Doesn't help that our lines have shrunk so much that those of us who have been on reserve for years, will probably remain on reserve until we leave as well.

101 total ERJ

Not to be too nit picky but according to Skywest, it's 100 ERJs by the end of 2017. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/d...89_1ex99d1.htm |
