That is my point, he didn’t get the seat on this bid but he is on the list. If you select the box that say new awards only, his name is not there.

If a pilot is awarded a new position this bid but wants to hold off on training per the new contract you just don’t bid for training for that month, correct? If you wanted to hold off on training for long time (6-12 months), can you be assigned a training spot that you don’t want if they don’t have anyone else (New hires, LCAs, etc) to fill those spots?

Yes. If there are slots the company wants to fill, they can do it via inverse seniority.
