You got me.... I'm not part of the loud mouth internet crowd who constantly complains about the best flying job in the industry. Therefore im blocked. So be it.

New Flash: Complaining on the internet or Facebook doesn't do jack squat. I hope you are complaining to your Chief pilots/Management with all your gripes. If all you are doing is being an internet war hero then you are spineless. You lack the fortitude to actually address issues with those who cause them (The Company). You don't have the gull to do anything but complain behind a username or JetFlyers.

If what I described above explains your behavior then you are the problem.....

‘Ok, we approximately 418 trunk aircraft and 5500 pilots. Also 50 767’s and 12 777’s to be delivered in the nest 3 1/2 years. How many does UPS have?

Default Long term outsourcing agreement

Do you ever even read your own companies financial statements? Your numbers are obviously inflated.

And 50 76 options and 25 777 options. Who wants to bet those get executed in the next 2 years?

Dont forget the bid coming up in the next month also. It will most certainly have numerous 2 year 757 captains and numerous sub five year widebody Captains like the last 2 bids.

Respectfully, FedEx is not healthy. FedEx's OTP is very low right now and it isn't peak. FedEx wants to hire 90,000 for peak, UPS 100,000 and Amazon 125,000. Amazon is going to win that bet. They are the new "cool kids" on the block. GenXers and Zers don't think of FedEx as a brand.

Oh you know when the bid is coming out? Only a management troll would know that. Regardless, who wants to be on the 757 when you are paid industry lagging pay?

Management or people who read Dillman’s September business update on PFC a few days ago.

Why is the word minimum used where I would expect it to be maximum?

1.B.6. The Company may also wet lease a minimum of two aircraft above
60,000 lbs. MTOGW for up to four (4) bid periods per calendar year

1.B.6.b. Except for the minimum two aircraft wet leasing referred to above,
during the bid periods described in this paragraph, the Company
shall not wet lease more than the net gain of trunk aircraft scheduled
to be added and brought into service in any calendar year.
FYI, the company does not have an Ops Spec for wet leasing
