Yes, you missed it. It is right after industry leading pay rates. This doesn't give me hope that people will actually read any TA that is put in front of us.

Unfortunately I agree. If people can’t bother to read the 28 bullet points that is the openers document, then there is no hope people will read the TA with actual contract language changes/additions.

Like you said planning is important and that is what we are doing right now. Planning on that cut and how we are going to approach it.

I hope to see you all soon and under a good contract if I comes around before I get there.
Have they given you a class date yet?

Thanks for finding my error.

Whoa, back the eff up. I missed something in the opener that doesn't benefit me. Wow, tar and feather me and label everything else I said wrong. SMH

You're not perfect, nobody is. I'm glad the power of the internet was able to find the error. "Increase in New Hire Compensation (3.A.2. (p. 27))"

No it is not and that mindset is counterproductive in my opinion. You're doing the same job why should you be paid appreciate wages just because that's what was done in the past. What other professionals have that pay structure. It's stupid and to continue to endorse it because of "tradition" is stupid too. Can we please stop being stupid.

Are you familiar with residency for those in the medical profession? Are they not doing the same work for less pay? And normally for a few years as opposed to our one year.

It came off more harsh than I intended. I get it, maybe you just forgot reading a bullet point that didn’t benefit you. It just made me wonder how many others didn’t read it? Although, I would say that we should care for all parts, even the ones they don’t directly benefit us. But maybe that’s just me? In any case, I apologize.
