Curious why such a heavy focus on the SM group, but no mention of the FFF group or even JF for that matter.
Full disclosure I was in JF, FFF and SM at one point....I assure you there is plenty of DIVISIVE RHETORIC in all 3.
I found it interesting that CT had such a similar interest in SM, but did not have the same focus on FFF?
Is it possible he was/is part of that group? Also curious....are you?

As a Block Rep not running comm through the proper Union channels is a giant no-no and pretty freaking intuitive. Posting names and phone numbers on FB (public forum) that were taken from Company resources (private forum) should be enough to get one fired from one's job. Please feel free to list both the bylaws and the intentional violations of same the PO allegedly committed. Until then, it's just whining which does nothing to move the ball down the field.

I'm guessing you probably wouldn't like it and I'm also guessing that mining others' personal information from Company resources and then using that information to dox people is an offense that is actionable with termination.

Turner turned his manafesto into ALPA legal to be reviewed, so he new the rules. he just didn't wait for them to finish their work. I believe he also realized that ALPA legal was going to cut out all the names and screen shots and he couldn't accept that so he posted it on facebook.
So to use your analogy Turner took of and asked for clearance direct to Seattle. He was given clearance direct to Oklahoma City, once he crossed the Arkansas border he then turned direct to Seattle without getting a new clearance. Sounds pretty much like willful violation to me.
Every comm Odell has put out has been cleared by legal.

I think it was bad form to make an FB post. Full stop.
As far as what PO has done contrary to the bylaws, I believe he intentionally neglected his duty to establish a proxy for a special meeting in order to delay union business. If that’s not true, I’ll accept it and eat crow.
