Yeah when I got hired here there was a good stack of day flying, never thought the company would say no to business that killed off flying. At least the pax carriers don’t turn away routes that do make them money, and are insourcing flying versus the ASL game we are now.

What I was most surprised about was the types here who would excuse management paying us less than we’re worth, the SM, and a weak MEC (at least the prior regime).
You know I don't give a s#$%?

we knew that when you politician flip flopped on how you voted on the first TA. when you clicked ‘yes’, it further proved you don’t care.

We couldn't get rid of the prior MEC fast enough, that part is true. But the new overlords certainly don't appear to be moving the football downfield either. We gotta get away from the extremes....both the management-centric SM viewpoint of "We're all in...for a retirement bump" extreme; and the manifesto-writing / section 8 wielding/ "gaining release is the only way forward" current MEC extreme. If the CENTRAL 80% would band together like a union, I think we'd get this done in months.

You are right. But working extra just shows the company that no one cares enough.

This pilot group shows they don't care about anyone but themselves.

And pension is done, not going to happen.5 years in you'll be lucky to match anyone on pay rates.PM had the best contract you'll ever see.Tell me in a year, when the contract is finally TA'd, how you didn't lose a ton of money in lost wages and a pension bump. You do know the pension is for everyone, but yep, give that up.

I actually could not agree with you more on every single word you wrote! I just wish we could get everyone in line with that type of thinking.

One rep tried and he's been ridiculed mercilessly on JF for a very thoughtful message.

Burn the house down didn't work for USAPA. It didn't work for APA. And it's not going to work here.
