(bump) Seriously, where is it posted?

 

There is no list, just max talking trash as usual. At least from an official FDX ALPA source that was disseminated to the pilots. There was a fast read sent on 2/18 that said the FACT team is comprised of people from various committees and there is, and has always been, a FACT team “distribution list” that only the MEC has access to. So there is kind of a list, you just can’t have it. Quite a confidence builder.

 

Yeah the Union put out some real trash about how the FACT team are just losers who are there to fool you. You know they "really know" but won't tell us the truth.

Everyone knows. And people are saying. That the MEC are all going to get management jobs as soon as the TA passes. Its true. People say it. Not me. Everybody knows.

Its just better this way so the REAL FACTS (Earth 2) are hidden away from the pilots til its too late.

Back to your rabbit holes and reptilian moon colonies.

Seriously, has there been any bad information sent out? Have you tried to get a meeting with one of the team members?

There are other committees and teams that do not have a list of people published. Who was on the negotiating support team? What about SPSC, they have a budget of over $1.1 million. I can't find the list of P2P pilots anywhere.

Seems like pot stirring and caring more about the messenger than the message.

 

Sounded more like someone who wants to trust the process, but is having a hard time doing it to me. There are plenty of messengers I don’t trust to deliver the message unbiased. It’s a valid concern, and the more people keep saying don’t worry about who they are, you don’t need to know, the more people are going to think they really need to know. Maybe someday we’ll will all trust the union again, but there’s definitely some work that needs to be done before that happens.

No idea, and if it concerned me I'd ask. It doesn't. Having people tell me what's good and bad in a TA does. And if those FACTs come from the more prolific SM yes-men or JF 'pot-stirrers', I want to know and apply the appropriate amount of credibility to it.

Good reference to the strange paragraph that really tanked the current NC credibility for me. I want the current MEC and NC to succeed. And I want to trust them and the process. Moronic missives against pilots debating the pros and cons of TA'd sections don't help. Labeling people pot-stirrers doesn't either....but it does expose the yes-to-anything crowd.

Frankly this whole anonymous FACT team push and defense is bizarre. "Nothing to see here, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!"

What's telling is that both of these responses totally ignored what I said below.

I haven't seen a single comm from the fact team telling us what is good or bad in a TA'd section. It has a Q&A section, but they don't say it is good or bad, that is up to the individual member to decide.

FedUp, you have no problem calling others names, yet get easily offended if someone says your post seems like pot stirring. Sorry I hurt your fragile feelings.

If you don't get the humor in people complaining about anonymity on an anonymous forum, well, no one can help you.

If you want answers to questions and want to know who you are talking to, have a one on one meeting with a fact team member. It is that easy. You will know who you are talking to.
