1,000 is desired, but not required.

According to the System Chief Pilot, the average is in the 1500-2500 TPIC range.

Yes. When I was interviewing at the end of Sept, April said that FedEx is going to keep hiring going in the winter months when they normally slow down hiring. My understanding is at 70 a month from here on out. I stand corrected and subject to changes

Just out of inodc. 400 was the total (ongoing) for this year and they are planning 200/yr indefinitely. That really only covers retirements so those seem like very conservative numbers.

That lines up with what I’m seeing too. Nerding out slightly on the seniority list, looks like approx 440 hired Nov 16-Oct 17. Not sure how 200/year comes into that when the data bears out doubling+ that number.

Purple hope for everyone!

Is there somewhere we can see dates of hire for seniority numbers?

Not that I’m aware. It’s more knowing guys (including myself), when they got hired and doing the math. I’m right at a year, so was curious how much hiring had occurred beneath me in 12 months.
