That’s a good question. I was selected for an August interview. I was told by so called industry hiring experts I had no chance at FDX. And yet they are the only airline to contact me so far. I have a corporate background with 6500tt, intl experience, safety MGR, and standards captain.

I obviously have no idea what goes on behind the scenes, but on the surface it definitely seems they're moving further away from pilot input on new hires.

The references tab has been removed from Pilot Credentials. I emailed them to ask why and they said FedEx has removed references from their applications.
Seems like they’re really pushing to eliminate almost all pilot input on hiring.

Is there much of a chance to be selected for a second interview? I know they say you can be reconsidered after 12 months but how often does it happen? I assume you probably need a fairly major change in your resume to get selected again?
