One would think experience (not just the type with no time) in an aircraft FedEx operates would carry some value. So, using that assumption, I would guess 767.
However, since they're going to train you the same way regardless of your past experience and there's also no guarantee you would be assigned the 767 as your first position, it's possible that they don't care at all.
I would value the 767, if it were up to me.

I don’t think it’s unethical. First no pilot here not directly involved in the hiring process knows the hiring process exactly. Second people buy people lunch all the time and talk business. I’m sure that no pilots here have met with their buddies and talked about the hiring process with them over a beer or dinner etc.
