I can have the highest IQ ever recorded and still not be able to anticipate exactly what someone is going to say before they say it. Pipe added the last part of his post after I quoted his original post.
But even if he hadn't that was kind of a lame attack.

Oh wait, I just figured out what you are talking about. No idea what started that. But as you can see from my last post to you, I'm actually capable of properly quoting.
Hit on me for not being able to decipher what you meant. I still think your attack was lame though.

I don't care how long it takes! We have waited this long for this little in fixing the QOL issues from previous CBA's. We can wait a little longer to get it right.
If a vote is a personal decision then why worry about screwing over the new hires and those not hired yet! I bet the company won't be short of applicants if this TA is voted down!!!

No problem, wait as long as you want. You are the one who claimed two years is an irrational fear. I just wanted you to clarify what you thought would be rational, six years maybe? I bet the company wont be short of applicants if this TA is accepted either. I am still waiting for anyone to tel me which Pilot group gets more total compensation from their employers then us. We should we are the most productive.

People reading this must think we're a bunch of sixth graders, trying to "get" each other on such trivia.

"There's another nugget of compensation FedEx guys receive that ALPA like to gloss over...A FULL PENSION! And, if that's not enough, a "B" fund as well. Why don't we start there....re-instate my pension and then start the negotiations. How much is that pension worth ALPA????
The value of the FedEx pilots work rules, rigs, vacation compensation, equipment banding to the highest paid piece of equipment narrow body/wide body, AND PENSION so far exceed our contract it's staggering. Plus, they're standing firm in their negotiations. Undoubtedly, they will get our pay rates and probably exceed them with back pay to boot.
Their pension alone dwarfs our concessionary TA."
"This TA falls short of exceeding the FedEx Contract now. I can't imagine how the comparison once FedEx gets a new contract"
"I would vote yes for the FedEx contract right now. I spent the last two weeks at my Guard squadron trying to relearn how to fly a C130. While I was there I talked to one of the guys who's with Fedex. He was an adamant no vote. We were comparing the FedEx TA to the Delta TA. It's not even close. Theirs will probably be shot down but it would have passed 75 to 25 here I bet."
"Are you kidding me? No pbs. Pension. 6 hours for vacation. Those rigs and rates. It would have passed by over 90%.
It also does not contain a laundry list of super-nefarious concessions and their scope is a heck of a lot better than ours.
If only we were in the same industry so we could have the same bargaining agent."
"I'd take the fedex contract right now. No brainer. We're not even in the same ballpark."
"I can sum up why we will only whack off to their contract in one word: Lee Moak."

Just for an interesting commentary, I'll link some of the comments that Delta pilots said about our TA. Apparently they view it a little differently than we do:

If I accept what you post as true and our "pension dwarfs their concessionary TA", then we should probably be asking for a pay cut to make our outcomes more equitable.

By the way, refresh me on FDX's bankruptcies and profitability vs. Delta's.
