!!!! SERIOUSLY? And T.C. Is running again with no apparent change in philosophy from when he was recalled..........REALLY FOLKS?
We're in the Superbowl. It's 4 down with 3 seconds left on the clock. We are on the one yard line and down by 4. The coach calls for a field goal because everyone is tired and may not get the touchdown any way! You are the quarterback, what do you do?

That's where we are at!

If TC wants to run again and you don't like it don't vote for him - kinda like what a lot are doing with this TA

I don't work at FedEx, I'm not in Block 4, heck I'm not even a pilot, but I have come to know Tony and I am confident in saying that I've never met a more upstanding, honest, straightforward fella before. He has the best interests of the pilot group in mind and that's what you want from block rep. Not everyone will agree with his opinions or his delivery of those opinions, but you can be sure that he will have spent a lot of time and energy engaged in critical analysis before he puts his name and reputation behind it.

I would hitch my wagon to his horse anytime.

I don't know anything about this. What wishes of his constituency did he vote against, and how can you have any control over what block you are in, anyways? It's not like I can decide not to be in my block that I'm assigned, can I?

Sorry, but you don't have anything to do with this. You have come clean and said who you are. But really, why would a FedEx pilot take your opinion of someone running for a union slot and listen to it?

For someone to post this and endorse someone at FedEx who is isn't a FedEx pilot is well, total BS. I wish I could use stronger language. but Vagabond, don't post here, EVER, again.

Uh, pretty sure she's a moderator so... She's just offering personal bona fides anyhow so who cares? Who peed in your Cheerios dude?

Hmm, I was pointing out that the person making a comment on a FedEx topic wasn't a FedEx pilot. As stated by them in their post she, isn't FedEx pilot. Ok, so I can't question their comments since their comments are about FedEx? If this person is a moderator, fine, all comments are welcomed, but and I am a FedEx pilot. We are talking about this moderator who will not be affected by the passing of our TA.

Its sad that you have to feel the need to put someone down when you could get your point across in another way. Its an anonymous forum, I guess you can trash on whomever you want. If you think crapping on me is good, then ok. Its not an issue with me. If you have a valid point you'd like to discuss, I'm open to it. I didn't dis on Vagabond, I think I just stated a valid point about Vagabond's post. So lets see what this is about. A moderator posted comment about a company they don't work for. OK.

I don't work at FedEx

Heres' the first part of Vagabonds' post. I don't work at Fed Ex.. Need I say more? And bona fides? You got me on that one.

You do kind of dump on her, that was my point. She's a frequent contributor on here (an open forum) so it seemed pretty harsh. I'm sorry you were so hurt that I pointed that out.

Speaking of this being an open forum, none of us really know for sure that anyone is who they claim to be. How do I know YOU are really a FedEx pilot? How do you know I am? It's an open forum - anyone can post. Get the idea? YOU do not get to dictate otherwise despite your apparent God complex. So yes, now this IS me kind of dumping on you, but I'm done. Relax, it's FedEx.

I believe she and her husband have met Tony in person. It might have been in HKG, if I recall correctly? She has posted here a couple of times and met up with pilots while on vacation.

It's likely her statements are simply a reflection of her interaction with him on APC and in-person. I didn't see Vagabond post anything that was out of line and she clearly identified herself. She probably has read every post in the cargo section over the years and can form impressions that way too.

Heck, because of all of this, she might have a more valid impression of Tony as a person than a FedEx pilot who has never met him?
