How far out are class dates being offered with the new batch of NH's? I hear 100 newbies this year with deliveries of 20 some odd jets.

A lot of new jets coming on board almost 30. All midsize cabin jets are going full red label. Project lift is being wound down and by August we should be back to normal.

Hey FRAC, do some fleets work harder than others? Is the Legacy 450 fleet busy? I got a tour of one your 450s a few months back - very nice airplane!

I’m on the legacy and we are very busy. From what I hear the challenger is the busiest as it can recover for both phenom and legacy trips if the jets go tec

Have they clarified if that changes the pay scale for those on midsize jets who weren’t previously red label?

My understanding is that the captain Legacy, Challenger 300, and challenger 350 will all pay the same (what is now Challenger 350 "red label" pay

Got the nod for an in person interview! Any consistent knowledge for what to expect, what the company is looking for? Really excited for this opportunity

Congrats and good luck!!!

When did you apply? Just curious how long it took for you to hear anything back, other than the automated email.

basic sim evaluation all raw data hand flying. My interview had zero tech questions all tell me about a time and hr questions. Fractional flying is all about customer service. I’d suggest having a few customer service situations you went thru played out in your head for a good clean/smooth story. I wish you the best of luck and look forward to seeing you on the line!

Crossing my fingers for the job. Gouges look to be all similar but I’m excited.
