Point Taken Purpleanga, but I was not soliciting commentary, Hell maybe I am doing research for something or maybe in this crazy world I have money to stimulate the economy MY POINT is Answer the question that was asked and stop assuming

My question was not the price of a certain multi is cheap My question was to solicit what the others where paying currently where they are

If I belived anyone on APC or anywhere can read minds I would personally hire them to let me read the Wifeys mind

RTFQ...

Default Ironic

I have over a million dollars worth of multi-engine time and experience at the rates posted here yet I am worth more as a possible commercial truck driver with no experience at all.

Thanks - thats what I was getting at. My FIRST SENTENCE was asking what you need the multi for - an ATP checkride I could maybe understand, or if you're loaded with money (like any of us are) and want to take the ultimate fishing trip thats another - but its easy to assume most people looking to rent a multi are trying to build some time which I simply didn't recommend because an extra 20 hours multi in todays market won't get you anywhere. As for the Kerosene burning comment - sounded kind of arrogant don't you think? I"m not trying to get in a ****ing match or anything, If I wanted to do that I could probably go toe to toe with some "kerosene burning" pilots and show that I make more flying my greasy 30 year old (piston) airplane. I was just trying to give some advice, didn't mean you had to take it or get defensive.

If you ask a question (any question) on a public forum such as this you're going to get commentary! sheesh. If you only wanted a few raw facts a couple minutes googleing some FBO's would get you that.

BNZ see sqwkvfr response Post #12

No I dont think it was Arrogant you "Assumed" the reason for my question was to find cheap or reasonable multi prices to position myself to get a gig I made the statement to dispel that, I suppose I could have just placed a disclaimer with my question.

so can asking a simple question on APC. now can we get back on track

250/hr for a seminole in TN (MQY). Way overpriced for the condition it is in. heard a rumor there is a Diamond twinstar in Knoxville. That would be cool to fly, did most of my training in DA20/40's. But I think its over 300/hr. No way

PA44 - $187/hr wet at KBJC (Denver, Colorado).

And from what I remember that Seminole is owned by a mechanic and in pretty good shape.
