For me, it's when the schedule favors those pilots that complain the loudest and the rest of us pick up the pieces. Those folks end up making a name for themselves, so it all works out. Short overnights in nice places is another one but it's the nature of the beast, and it's nice to have paid-for micro vacations anyway. Keep a good perspective and there's not a lot wrong with this job at all.

The training department will send you all the details. You can reach out to them for details. Training is about 3 or 4 weeks if I remember, and the schedule is 8 days on 6 days off for everyone.
