Kayso...read the thread, have a question.

2500 hours, ATP, former FW driver for the military, even time split between Rotor and FW.

The SEA base appeals to me. What's the

A: Possibility of JS hiring street captains?
B: Possibility of getting SEA out of training?

The model and method of operations of JS really appeals to me. Considering leaving my engineering job if the base and price is right.

Thanks!

Not true....they started that policy a while ago. New hire in training now did his ATP-CTP on the company dime.
I applaud JSX for investing that money.

Maybe you should concentrate on doing your job as an FO first!

On inc. around 2 years or less. X around 6 months or less

If your duties as an FO are not fulfilled satisfactorily in that time period upgrade will be postponed. (is what I am sure JetsuiteDAL ment to say)

How many days do you work in average here as a pilot on the X side? APC says guarantee is 14 days. That leaves 17 days off. Is it true the company pays an extra $100/day starting on Day 16? What opportunities exist here to increase the paycheck? Do they offer critical (150%) pay? If based in Vegas do you ever overnight in base? How often? Avg number of legs per day? Any long sits? Read horrible reviews about this place on glassdoor. Is management improving? Do they have a sick bank? What’s the future outlook?
