You're, not your. If you're going to call someone an idiot I'd suggest using the proper word.

So cute that they have convinced you that days at home on call are not work day. And don't get it twisted, I see you clowns begging to have GPU fees taken off your bill at the FBO right before you ask for a ride to the Red Roof Inn. Enjoy that 10/5 schedule!
Yeah but they are at home instead of FBO appreciation all day, don't know how you feel that's worse? I'm also pretty sure they don't stay at **** hotels either lol. I didn't know stars and bars made you "professional". Might want to have some of your fellow professionals take a class on grooming and appearance, just saying.

Don't even try to make EAS sound better than NJA. People leave EAS for NJA, not the other way around. I happen to find their uniform sharp looking too.

It's a monkey suit, what's so "sharp" about it lol? I don't feel that a uniform makes the experience any better for the pax / clients.....

Filler.....

It's more professional than looking like you sell solar panels in a mall kiosk. I am not a big fan of our uniforms but it is more professional than a Northface Jacket and black Sketchers.

Don't even get me started. I can go take pics next tour of some real "professional" looking JetSuite pilots. Sometimes it's hard to decipher whether they are homeless or not.

NetJets has very professional uniform standards. Even nicer than my airline. They also have a tailor (or did) on staff to get you fitted in INDOC.

But I wouldn't limit the criticism to JetSuite or EAS. Yes, they do look like the Geek Squad boys at Best Buy but corporate pilots in general are slobs. And getting worse. Take a look at the school houses. Shorts. Flip flops. T-Shirts. Jeans. It's a mix of a rodeo and the beach with supposed 'professional' pilots. They'll ***** and moan all day long about being paid like a pro but heaven forbid they dress like one. Or even study or fly like one.

People who say EAS is better than NJA are chugging the kool-aid. Can you get hired with less experience, upgrade faster, and get paid decent at EAS? Sure. But you'll still be working 14 hour days up to ten in a row, not nearly as structured or as stable, and the perks go on and on with NJA. Sure for some guys they might hang out a while longer at EAS instead of making the jump to NJA but you're taking on more risk due to smaller company mentalities. Sometimes the schedule at EAS works out better than a solid 7/7 but you won't be doing 5 people's job as a pilot at NJA.

I agree wholeheartedly about dressing like a professional at training events. Have some respect for yourself, the training process and the instructors working with you.
But be careful throwing stones in a glass house. I have trained with slobs in the 121 and 91/91K/135 worlds.
The black dockers and tennis shoes are at the majors as much as the Corp side.

Hey! Sketchers are comfortable, stylish and affordable. Win, win, win!
