Just another play on words and part of the bait-and-switch.

Domestic Red label, yes you will have an opportunity. Int'l Red Label has additional requirements including re-interviewing for the position and you must live within 2 hours of an approved domicile and the 2 hours includes inclement weather.

Why do they keep trying to pull a fast one, just tell the applicants the truth.
They will find out sooner or later.
One tip for future applicants, don't quit your other job until you have a class date for the aircraft you were promised. You could find yourself stuck in Phenom First Officer purgatory for 10 years.

Of course they are lying! Flexoptions is run on lies and fake promises. When 11+ yr pilots cannot get into the program how in the heck do you think a new hire would get in? They tell you what you want to hear. Stay far away the wheels are starting to fall off. Run Forrest Run!

The ad sure looks like Flexjet is hiring directly into the left seat! Red label is only captains. But I assure you, you will be starting in the Phenom or Lear 45/75. You will have about 200 pilots ahead of you for upgrade. 15 new airplanes are ordered for this year, but they just announced the retirement of the Legacy 600 fleet. I think that is 3 or 4 aircraft. And they may get rid of the Lears as well. So I wouldn’t expect 15 aircraft worth of growth. The good news for new hires is we are losing pilots faster than we can hire. So upgrades may be as early as 5 years! Good luck if you decide to join us!

Wondering?
Does anyone have anything positive to say about Flex? I am trying to decide what flying job would be best for qol. Majors haven’t gotten back to me, all the regionals have. Accepted employment at one, but wondering if flex would be a better fit. I want to make an informed decision, and it can’t be all negative.
