In addition, LOA 67 was supposed to bring us to market rates in March of 2016, so that’s another 12 months of retro pay owed.
You can parse the specifics all you want, but even the negotiating committee itself acknowledges that we’re not getting 100%.
So what point are you trying to make Mr. Ohreallynow? Or are you just taking the easy way out and criticizing anyone who presents an opinion without actually sharing any of your own critical thinking?

You ask 10 people what "full retro" looks like, you get 10 different answers. I was curious about his.

Thats embarrassing and disrespectful. I can’t see how any pilot between 2-11 years can support this agreement. We can’t even achieve our original ask from over 2 years ago and give PBS to these guys.

YEP!!! In fact it looks like the 3/2/19 rate is 17.90 less than original ask. That is closer to 18 short.

What if we are merged between TA1 and TA2? Then we're screwed!!!!!!!
TA2 is going to take WAY too long and we won't get much more anyway so we'll actually loose money if we don't take this first deal.
Indigo isn't going to give us any more, they've already shown they don't care about us ex. vacation cx, if we turn this down they'll be willie mad, make us wait a long time and not give us anything more. Let's just take this.
The Union negotiated the best they could, they pushed so hard. Plus they will have to work here after its done too, I trust them completely. They wouldn't sell us out.

As I continue to look at the rates a little closer. If you are a 5 year Captain today, you will not even see our original ask for DOS until year 4 of this agreement. I previously hadn’t looked at the rates that closely for all years of service. Sorry, I was too overwhelmed with all the other areas this agreement lacks and the shock that our NC gave into PBS, with an agreement to “negotiate" the details of that at a later date.
Can’t wait to see all the underlying surprises in the full TA.
Frightening!!!

Obviously we aren't getting full retro. I don't know why we are even talking about that?
And to those who seemed shocked and surprised that "we didn't even get our ask", I question if you know what the word negotiate means? I can hardly believe what I've read in the last few pages. Of course we didn't get our initial ask. That's not how negotiations work. Do you remember the companies first proposal?? Remember that peach? It had two separate pay scales. One for actual flight hours and one for non flight hours (rig, vacation, training, any soft time). And the second pay scale had zero raise at all! Topped out captain 166 an hour. And if I remember correctly, the flight hour scale topped at $200 or $220.
Our union negotiated from that to our current TA.
If you want to argue about our ask, you should argue that the initial ask was too low. We ended up not far below our ask.
