Dumb question: Is there still an avenue by which INC trips may appear in OT?

Doubt it. The senior pilots now benefit from being the first to be called. No more competition from the broke ass junior pilots who once had an opportunity to make above the poverty line.. Aside from that deleting LOA65 did nothing.

They will still appear in open time, but now scheduling must assign the trips in seniority order for those who signed up for VJA. Then if they have no takers, in reverse seniority order via JA.

Not trying to be contrary but the proof lies in the pilots that are covering all the INC flying now. It would be nice if ALPA came up with solutions that improved our quality of life instead of lowering it.

There in lies the rub...
Now that the ladder has been yanked up, junior pilots cannot pick any INC flying. Deleting LOA 65 was an inside job that has nothing to do with contract negotiations. Senior pilots are crediting 200-300 hours a month while junior pilots are struggling to break 80.

Larenzo has left the building...and taken vacations with him ..

This is all straight out of Lorenzo's playbook. That's why he's legally not allowed to run another airline.

Quick snapshot from his biography talking about his style of buisness going back to the 70s: his efforts to build a sustainable, profitable airline model were criticized, with opponents saying his companies' profits were earned "on the backs of broken labor contracts, extremely low wages and harsh work rules."
