Well I would hope your MEC hasn’t sold you down the river and is planning on releasing a TA that won’t pass. Plus, pilots only get a contract when whe company decides they get a contract. Sure, you put pressure on them but it is ultimately their decision to come to the table and offer the minimum you will accept. Sorry but that’s the world we live in. It appears indigo is ready to finally deal. Even if it gets voted down I think you’ll eventually get something to vote for.

12% Direct Contribution scaling to 15% in term of contract.

PBS (Union controls Pairings)

Work Rules similar, slight decrease

$75M Ratification Bonus
Approx. $50-$65K Captain (after tax)

Approx. $22-$37K First Officer (after tax)

LTD $8000 Max Benefit (Optional Imputed Tax)

This is a slap in the face. This is a 3rd rate proposal and one only needs to look at your LEC Reps should they vote on sending it to the pilots. Don't sell you or your fellow pilots short. Hold the line.

Sad.
There is no reason to prepare to be disappointed. Don't prepare to be anything. Wait and see what they send us, then make a decision.

If the info you provided is accurate I would hope at least 51% of us are a no. I know that what you have listed is not enough for me, and those number would make me 99% sure that I would be voting no. Only certain amazing work rules could persuade me otherwise, and I'm 99% sure we won't be getting 6 hour min calendar day with vacation added after bidding and keeping slide, red eye/intl/ and 321 override...etc etc.

I'm not disappointed, it just means the process hopefully continues and we do better next time.

Hopefully probationary pilots won’t get a cent of retro since they’re the reason we didn’t have a contract to begin with.

Saying they are the reason we didn't have a contract is really reaching. Saying those hired since we last walked away from the table delayed a potential deal, is much more accurate.

But yes, maybe they'll get one of those vfile $10 holiday food vouchers that the FAs steal.

Accepting PBS needs to be countered by above average EVERYTHING ELSE......
