130ish for 2017. 160ish for 2018 through Oct. Taken from the 11/1 seniority list so doesn’t account for attrition or training failures.

Well I initially started browsing the forums because I heard y’all got a AIP. I was curious if any details came out. I don’t agree with the way some of you are discouraging prospective new hires. Saying “you don’t want to work here. Our management is horrible” is totally fine. But “don’t apply to Frontier or you will be labeled as some sort of almost-scab” is not. At the end of the day, the TA will pass by 70%, everyone who got hired during negotiations will be senior to the ones that held out. I’ve been telling people to apply at Frontier for the past couple of years. You have planes in order and you were going to get a contract at some point. Those who waited just shot themselves in the foot when it comes to seniority.

Why do you think that we have a framework for an AIP? Not a rhetorical question.

Default Prepare to be disappointed....

Original Ask on Pay Rates (actually lower)
$238.00 Jan 1 with $245.00 in March 2019

TA'ed Per Diem Rates
12% Direct Contribution scaling to 15% in term of contract.

PBS (Union controls Pairings)

Work Rules similar, slight decrease

$75M Ratification Bonus
Approx. $50-$65K Captain (after tax)

Approx. $22-$37K First Officer (after tax)

LTD $8000 Max Benefit (Optional Imputed Tax)

This is a slap in the face. This is a 3rd rate proposal and one only needs to look at your LEC Reps should they vote on sending it to the pilots. Don't sell you or your fellow pilots short. Hold the line.

Sad.

Well thanks for being our cheerleader but we don’t have a contract signed in ink. Until then put your Pom poms down. It’s just hurts our cause. We have a couple thousand pilots to hire still if plane orders show up as advertised. Unity is key and has been for 2.5 yrs... but now a few bread crumbs have been dropped on the floor by us and people lose their self worth in a heartbeat... I truly hope this TA is freaking awesome but I’m severely skeptical at this point. Pom poms down until we see what we’ve got. Thanks

Ya, that’s a no if it’s accurate. I know, I know... look at the big picture and the contract as a whole. Seems the contract as a whole will be substandard.

I'm guessing you're just making an educated guess here? Or did you get a look at something official?
