Classes weren't. But did they cancel flights over that? Did the guy ALL vacations? Run high credit lines? Etc. They could have strung it out. Offer above 6 hours credit to get stuff covered. Etc. Me thinks the only reason they came is something else happening.

Your post insinuates to me that you're saying we didn't have leverage because of the things you mention.

Doesn't your last sentence still... equal leverage?

“Finally had some leverage” you say?? Well no $hit Sherlock. And don’t you think that’s why they finally came to an agreement? They’ve sent back and said NO to countless crap proposals from the company over the past several years. They didn’t just get ONE as you might like to imply, and take it. They saw an opportunity to make great improvements and they solidified a deal. The way a reasonable and informed crowd understands this, is that the Company finally caved. If you recall, not too long ago, the Co was proposing a “flown” and “non-flown” pay scale that would have put the average hourly rate in the $175/hour range, with a literal gutting of work rules. So from there to where we ended up, I’d say is substantial. But to say the union caved is downright stupid. The Co finally needed to get something done and our union took the opportunity and made it happen.
You, ReserveCA, wouldn’t know a good deal if it sat on your face.

They decided to get it done. This is their offer. My thought is if we no vote, the next offer isn't going to be better.

The fact that you'll even refer to those company offers says all you need to say. The union MEC is going to cave if they vote this in.

All that happened was NK's year-old contract, post-Jetblue, reconfigured so we can continue in fine frontier fashion, working over vacations and hitting 82, pimping ourselves out so we can capitalize on our crap pay scale.

What??? Were they not offers?? You like to cherry pick your details to make what you say sound more convincing. Guess what, you best suck it up cuz this deal is gonna happen.
